Delmar Estate Agents founded in 1988 is registered in the Official College of Estate Agents in Tenerife under reference Nº113 and is authorised to carry out property conveyance, valuations, partitions, inheritance, gifts and the writing of Spanish Wills.

The Delmar Estate Agency promotes the sale of properties in the areas of Los Gigantes, Puerto Santiago, Playa de la Arena, Alcalá and Playa San Juan on the South Western coastline of Tenerife.

Delmar Administration was also founded in 1988 and is authorised by the Official College of Administration in Tenerife under reference Nº355.

The Delmar Administration team are experienced in all matters relating to community management. Speaking English, German, and Spanish they look after the interests of more than 430 private owners.
