I went to several agents in the area but chose to buy my property through Delmar as they went that extra mile. They are so much more than estate agents as they are happy to walk people through the whole purchasing process. A trip to the lawyers and for me even a trip to a medical center there was always one of the girls available to accompany me. Its really reassuring as quite often a translator is essential. Multilingual, friendly and there to help. 5 stars without any doubt.

We have had next to no water pressure in our apartment block for months now - we called in to Del Mar to ask if they could help - 2 days later, a plumber and Entemanser are here, job done, water pressure as good as ever - thank you so much to the girls at Del Mar - nothing is too much trouble for them, brilliant and very professional girls - highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem
