Las Vigilias

This is a 2 bedroom apartment in the resort of Puerto Santiago. Since the apartment is located in a residential building, it gives a very authentic feeling of living among the locals. Upon entering the apartment, we are greeted by a very beautiful hand-painted corridor wall. The apartment has been completely renovated and additional soundproofing material has been added. The design of the apartment is unique and everywhere you feel that it belongs to an artist. One bedroom serves as a painting studio and has an additional niche for storing things. The bathroom is painted with special light-reflecting paint, which gives it an extra charm when using it. Next is the second bedroom, and behind it the kitchen is connected to the living room. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the ocean and the majestic Los Gigantes cliffs.

There is no community in the area, so there are no community fees. You can get a VV – short-term rental license.

This spacious apartment is suitable for both renting and living.
